• The work, services, and invoices provided by ZBR Motors are subject to these present terms. We reserve the right to Correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions; Change or update information; Refuse or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

 

Limitation of Liability

• This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including (without limitation) compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties.

• We will provide our best Service and Care for your vehicle and for avoiding the damage to your Property. Our employees and partners may not be held liable for damages relating to either the capital cost of any equipment fitted when issues arise from the non-availability of GSM and GPRS network coverage.

• We will not be liable for any damage resulting from aftermarket modifications, previous work-related malfunctions, or due to vehicle issues.

• All Products and materials that ZBR motors uses for the Services that we provide shall remain Our property until payment is received from You in full. For providing the Service we use only Registered and Approved parts and materials which are purchased from Verified and Approved suppliers only.

 

Collecting and Using Your Personal Data

• While using Our Service, We may ask You to provide Us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact, identify or give you the right Service. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to: Email address, First name and last name, Phone number, Address, State, Province, ZIP/Postal code, City and car related informations such as License Plate Number.
• Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Website. Usage Data may include information such as Your Device’s Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that You visit, the time and date of Your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
• You agree not to: Use the website for any unlawful purpose; Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation; Introduce viruses, Trojans, worms, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful; Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our website, server, or database. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for any violation without prior notice.

 

Orders, Payments, and Deposits

• All services and product purchases are subject to acceptance and availability. Payment must be made in full at the time of order, unless otherwise agreed. We accept major debit and credit cards and secure payment methods via our online platform.
• For installation services, a non-refundable deposit of £100 may be required to secure a booking. The balance must be paid upfront of completion of the Service. Non-payment may result in service cancellation.

• Scheduled jobs may only be rescheduled only one time. For rescheduling the agreed job for a later date no longer than 14 working days ahead and give at least 24 hours notice, rather than canceling it.

• By booking an installation service, you agree to provide accurate information about your vehicle and location; Ensure a safe and legal environment for our technicians to work; Comply with any additional instructions provided prior to installation. ZBR Motors reserves the right to refuse or reschedule installations due to unsafe conditions or inaccessible locations.

 

Cancellations and Returns

• Cancellations for installation services must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Failure to provide timely notice may result in loss of deposit.
• You are charged £100 (deposit loss) if We arrive at your location and the service you requested cannot be completed due to other vehicle issues.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the fitting of the product does not effect any warranties associated with the vehicle that the tracker is being fitted in.
• If you suspect that the supplied product or installation has resulted in a fault with your vehicle, we must be given the initial opportunity to investigate, before any other work is carried out. Failure to do so may result in non-coverage of associated costs.
• Cancellation charges are payable on the day of cancellation.
• There will be no refund for any Product installed or the cost of the installation unless the Product is proven to be faulty.

 

Warranty

• All the Products that we offer are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty.

• If a defect is reported to Us in twelve (12) month period following completion of the Services and upon our inspection of the matter, such fault is found to be genuine (and not the result of deliberate or negligent damage), We will use every effort to repair or fix the defect as soon as reasonably possible during working hours. You will not have to pay for Us to rectify the fault in the Services under this section.

 

Amendments to These Terms

• These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England.
• We may revise these Terms of Use at any time without notice. The latest version will be posted on the website and will take effect immediately. Your continued use of the site constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
